This Employment Contract is based on the requirements and limitations as regulated in terms of Sectoral Determination 14 for the Hospitality Industry, as amended as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended.  Where a specific workplace and/or sector is not regulated in terms of a Sectoral Determination or Collective Bargaining Council Agreement to which the Employer is a party. This Contract is a permanent/indefinite contract of employment.
