This Employment Contract is based on the requirements and limitations as regulated in terms of Sectoral Determination 9 for the Wholesale and Retail Sector, as amended as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended.  This Contract is a permanent/indefinite contract of employment.
