This Employment Contract is founded upon the provisions and constraints as governed by Sectoral Determination , in its amended form, as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended. This Contract constitutes a Fixed Term / Temporary employment agreement.
