ECDS - 01 DOMESTIC SECTOR PERMANENT CONTRACT UNDER THRESHOLD
This Employment Contract is founded upon the provisions and constraints as governed by Sectoral Determination 7 for the Domestic Worker Sector, as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended. This Contract constitutes a permanent/indefinite employment agreement.
ECDS - 02 DOMESTIC SECTOR FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNDER THRESHOLD
This Employment Contract is founded upon the provisions and constraints as governed by Sectoral Determination 7 for the Private Security Industry, in its amended form, as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended. This Contract constitutes a Fixed Term / Temporary employment agreement.
