Agriculture – Sectoral Determination 13
ECAS 01 AGRICULTURAL SECTOR PERMANENT CONTRACT OF EMPLOYEMENT UNDER THRESHOLD
This Employment Contract is based on the requirements and limitations as regulated in terms of Sectoral Determination 13 for the Agricultural / Farming Sector, as amended as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended. This Contract is a permanent/indefinite contract of employment.
ECAS 02 AGRICULTURAL SECTOR FIXED TERM CONTRACT OF EMPLOYEMENT UNDER THRESHOLD
This Fixed Term Employment Contract is based on the requirements and limitations as regulated in terms of Sectoral Determination 13 for the Agricultural / Farming Sector, as amended as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended. This Contract is of limited duration and regulated in terms of Section 198B of the Labour Relations Act, Act 66 of 1995 as amended.
ECAS 03 AGRICULTURAL SECTOR PERMANENT CONTRACT OF EMPLOYEMENT OVER THRESHOL
This Employment Contract is based on the requirements and limitations as regulated in terms of Sectoral Determination 13 for the Agricultural / Farming Sector, as amended as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended. This Contract is a permanent/indefinite contract of employment. It is further noted that the contract is for employees earning in excess of the threshold who are excluded from certain clauses of the BCEA.
ECAS 04 AGRICULTURAL SECTOR FIXED TERM CONTRACT OF EMPLOYEMENT OVER THRESHOLD
This Employment Contract is based on the requirements and limitations as regulated in terms of Sectoral Determination 13 for the Agricultural / Farming Sector, as amended as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended. . This Contract is a Fixed Term / Temporary contract of employment. It is further noted that the contract is for employees earning in excess of the threshold who are excluded from certain clauses of the BCEA.
