This Employment Contract is based on the requirements and limitations as regulated in terms of  Sectoral Determination 13 for the Agricultural / Farming Sector, as amended as well as the National Minimum Wage Act & Regulations, Act 09 of 2018, as amended. This Contract is a Fixed Term / Temporary contract of employment. It is further noted that the contract is for employees earning in excess of the threshold who are excluded from certain clauses of the BCEA.
